1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Tea Counselor AOI (“the Service”), a free chatbot service that recommends matcha, blended teas, sencha, and optimal drinking times based on your physical condition and concerns. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operators of Tea Counselor AOI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the Service.
By accessing or using Tea Counselor AOI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Tea Counselor AOI is an AI-powered chatbot currently in beta development that provides personalized tea recommendations based on information you share about your physical condition, concerns, and preferences. The Service utilizes OpenAI technology to analyze your inputs and generate suggestions. Tea Counselor AOI is provided free of charge and is primarily designed for users in the United States. As a beta version, the Service may undergo changes, experience occasional downtime, or have limited functionality.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Tea Counselor AOI. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the Service. Some of our Services may have additional age requirements as specified at the time of sign up.
4. USER ACCOUNTS
4.1 The Service does not require account creation and can be used without registration.
4.2 No personal login information is required to access the Service in its current beta version.

6.2 The Service utilizes technology licensed from OpenAI. All rights relating to the OpenAI technology remain with OpenAI.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
7.1 TEA COUNSELOR AOI IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
7.2 AS A BETA VERSION, THE SERVICE MAY CONTAIN BUGS, ERRORS, OR INACCURACIES, AND MAY NOT FUNCTION AS INTENDED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
7.3 WE DO NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE. The tea recommendations provided by the Service are for informational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your diet or lifestyle.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
8.2 IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
